Tasting notes
A beautiful bright ruby color with a fine disc and dark reflections due to the presence of anthocyanins on the ripen grapes.
Nice presence of glycerol which is discovered on the edges of the glass
The nose opens slowly to release subtle aromas of spices, undergrowth and mushrooms and then you can smell the light presence of alcohol.
We can also feel a nice woody presence due to the tannins.
After a few minutes, aromas of red fruits are revealed
At first the sensation is light in the mouth while revealing the presence of alcohol.
The tannins are light and slowly reveal themselves as well as a slight astringency, which denotes a nice stability of the wine and a blooming over time.
The wine has a nice roundness with notes of tart red fruits, and as the tasting we discover notes of spices,
The finish is strong and long in the mouth
Open and decant 30 minutes before for an optimal tasting.
Goes well with any red meat, grilled especially steak, or casseroles.
