A deeper yellow with good clarity, and nice legs
The sweetness of the wine is evident, surrounded by pear and apple aromas
The pear and apple flavours are lovely. The minerality and acidity are well-balanced by the residual sugar.
Certainly could be drunk by itself with cheese and crackers, but pairs well with any seafood or chicken dish.
