Tasting notes

Nice shiny pale gold colour with a clear thin rim.
The tears of the wine are numerous and regular and thick, good presence of glycerol. The effervescence makes its appearance immediately. Good clarity and nice colour reflections

At first the nose is closed, yet slowly it opens and we get notes of flowers, minerals, herbals, green apple notes
After a few minutes, it gets clearer, more on the green fruits and also more mineral

All the characteristics of a young, fresh and crisp wine.
Good presence of grapefruit and mostly citrus fruits followed by a more complex presence of notes of honey and almonds due to the wood. The bubbles are tiny but not overpowering.
Tangy presence, little tart on the finish, little wood presence
Will be at optimum in 1 year from now. Because of the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is frizzante and contains a harmless sediment.
